I am currently studying my final year at the Bachelor’s Programme in Business and Economicsbusiness administration and marketing.

How are you planning on using your scholarship?

With this scholarship, my dream of traveling to America will be realised as I get the opportunity to finance large parts of my living expenses and project plans during my upcoming internship at the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in Chicago. By attaining this scholarship, a door will open to many Swedish companies, and it is not just any door. The door that opens is to the world's most powerful economy and country, which is a great opportunity for many companies seeking international influence.

How does it feel to be awarded the scholarship?

I am incredibly honored and privileged to be selected and awarded this scholarship, as I am aware of the tough competition that took place.

What would you like to work with in the future?

I have always had a passion for helping and getting to know people, which is why I aim to work in significant organizations such as the UN or the WTO in the future, and I expect that my internship at SACC Chicago will advance my cross-cultural skills and stimulate me on a professional level to bring me closer to my goals.

I am studying a Master of Science in International Business & Trade

How are you planning on using your scholarship?

I plan to conduct a field study (together with Aron Holmgren) in Rwanda to collect data for our Master’s thesis which focuses on innovation systems and foreign direct investments in emerging markets.

How does it feel to be awarded the scholarship?

I'm very honoured and grateful that I've been given the opportunity to write such an exciting thesis. Our study would not have been possible without the scholarship!

What would you like to work with in the future?

I don't have a specific role in mind, but I do know that I want to work in international settings, working with meaningful projects in one way or another.

I am currently pursuing a Master of Laws with a BSc in International Business.

How are you planning on using your scholarship?

The scholarship will be used to help fund my one-year internship at the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in San Francisco & Silicon Valley, where I am working with business development and marketing.

How does it feel to be awarded the scholarship?I am honoured to receive support from the Prince Bertil Foundation for my journey here in the US. The scholarship is an important aid in realising the incredible opportunity to work with bilateral trade between Sweden and the US.

What would you like to work with in the future?

My future ambitions align with a career in international law and trade, hopefully here in the US. Through my professional and academic career, I have gained a strong interest in this area, and as such, I find myself constantly looking for opportunities in which I can combine my academic background in Law and International Business. If any reader has information of such future opportunities, please do not hesitate to contact me!

Master of Science in International Business and Trade.

How are you planning on using your scholarship?

I plan to conduct a field study (together with Mette Barten) in Rwanda to collect data for our Master’s thesis about innovation systems and foreign direct investments in emerging markets.

How does it feel to be awarded the scholarship?

I feel very honoured and glad as it enables deeper integration with relevant stakeholders, which intends to bring in-depth knowledge to our topic. Furthermore, I believe that the scholarship will contribute and motivate us to write a more substantial thesis.

What would you like to work with in the future?

I like the idea of generating positive, measurable social and environmental impact alongside a financial return. Thus, impact investing is something I could see myself working with in the future, preferably in a purpose-driven and international setting.
