A presentation about experiences of being a master student in action research, becoming a teacher leader at a school and then educating other teacher leaders. Action research was conducted during the teacher leaders' education. The findings show that it is important for an educator to listen to teacher leaders during their education in teacher leadership in order to take action. Teacher leadership is not something that is constant and it can be a complex situation being both a colleague and a leader even if you are appointed a leader. It is also important for teacher leaders to listen to and discuss what other teacher leaders reflect on. Teacher leaders in this study express that they want to be a part of a network focusing on their assignments. It is also important for teacher leaders and principals to find ways to collaborate. How that is going to work out in an ideal way is something we have to continue to discuss when meeting principals and teacher leaders in schools and at different courses at the university.
