The chapter presents and discuss the textile production tools recovered at Hala Sultan Tekke during the campaign 2010-2017. The study of the textile tools and their archaeological contexts in CQ1 and CQ2 speak in favour of a very dynamic and productive urban environment in which different members of the community contributed regularly or seasonally in various capacities. Considering the historical and economic impact that wool production had across the Mediterranean during the 3rd and 2nd millennium BC, it seems probable that the community of Hala Sultan Tekke was fully embedded in the political economy of the Mediterranean, and probably would have produced, among other things, very valuable woollen textiles.
