Abstract

the aim of this paper is to scrutinize the concept of objectivity through an emotion lens, originating in the claim that the ideal of "dispassion" can be one imprtant factor in a reduced trust in the legal institutions - portraying judges as elitist and far removed from the society it is set out to judge.
