About Anna Grimby Ekman

Anna Grimby-Ekman

Competence in brief
Statistics and epidemiology, with special interest in the analysis of ordinal data and the use of logistic regression for repeated measurements, and in development of questionnaire based instruments using RASCH-analyses, pain epidemiology, pain measurements and risk factors for musculoskeletal pain
Anna spent two semesters of her PhD studies at the Dept of Mathematical Statistics at University of Wiscon¬sin-Madison 1992, included in the thesis in statistics defended in1997. In 2010 the thesis at the Medical Faculty was defended.

Anna Ekman is now, as a project leader for a project on pain and work ability, collabo¬rating with Björn Gerdle and Britt Larsson at the Health University at Linköping.
Teaching biostatistics for health scientist researchers since 1996.
