About Linnea Bärebring

I am a Registered Dietitian, PhD and Associate Professor in clinical nutrition. I am a senior lecturer at the Department of Internal Medicine and Clinical Nutrition.

Research

My research is focused towards diet in relation to inflammation and chronic disease. I also do research within the field of nutrition and pregnancy, in collaboration with Hanna Augustin at the University of Gothenburg and Luai Ahmed at the United Arab Emirates University.

Teaching

I teach at the dietetics program, at bachelor and master level, and supervise students at bachelor, master and doctoral level. I am course leader for the courses Nutrition 1 and the Bachelor´s Thesis in Clinical Nutrition at the dietetics program.
