Head of Performing Arts unit at the Academy of Music and Drama, and lecturer in the BA Acting program course Theatre and Society. As Head I'm leading a unit with researchers, four teaching teams and six educational programs in acting, opera, musical theatre and contemporary performative arts. A large number of guest teachers of varying degrees are associated to the unit. We are active in Nordic collaborations and have had several years of collaboration with Shota Ristavelii University in Tbilisi, Georgia.

In my early career I worked as a theatre producer and a lecturer in drama. Since the mid 90's I have been associated with the Gothenburg Dance & Theater Festival; in recent years mainly curating the festival talks. In 2002-2011 I was Program director, Assistant museum director and Acting museum director at the Museum of Culture in Gothenburg, programming public programs activities linked to global contemporary issues.

I am the Chairperson of the board of Angereds Teater and a board member of Clandestino Institute, Bibu and Paletten. Over the years, I have had recurring assignments for, among others, the Swedish National Council for Culture, the City of Gothenburg and Gothenburg & Co, as well as assignments as a moderator mainly withing the performing arts sector.
