About Vladislav Orekhov

Rapid progress in life sciences is mostly methodology driven. Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) is an actively developing biophysical technique that provides atomic-level information about spatial structure, dynamics, and interactions of key molecular components of a living cell. Our group is located at the Swedish NMR Centre, which is one of major NMR facilities in Scandinavia and Europe. Research in our group is focused in developing new NMR experiments as well as new approaches and algorithms for data collection and signal processing. ( See publications of the group at google scholar ) Current projects: • Novel methods of NMR signal processing: non-uniform sampling, compressed sensing, artificial intelligence & neural networks • Protein dynamics: folding, allostery, and other phenomena. • Intrinsically Disordered Proteins: structure, interactions, function

We always welcome motivated students and young researchers who like to make a project in our group.
