Monica Danielson is programme supervisor for the Opera Programme and teaches Chambers Music and master classes in contemporary vocal music. She is also vice prefect eduaction and Director Musices at HSM.
Monicas also freelance singer with contemporary music as speciality and she runs the independent company MusikTeaterVerket.
She is board member of the Royal Academy of Music since 2014 and a head of Saltöstiftelsen border.
She is also artistic supervisor at Norrbottensmusiken for Piteå Chamber Opera and Norrbottens Chamber Orchestra.
Monica has made first performances of hundreds of music works and with MusikTeaterVerket she has presented 15 Swedish premieres of contemporary chamber operas.
She has with DuoEgo received FST:s Interpretation Prize and Carin Malmlöf Forssling's Artist Prize.
