Information meetings

Image with a turquoise coloured background with black text saying "Welcome" in Swedish, Arabic and Persian.Do you find the Swedish society and education system complicated? By attending an information meeting arranged by the University of Gothenburg, you can get help and tips on ways in.

The University of Gothenburg, Chalmers University of Technology and Arbetsförmedlingen, in collaboration with Integrationscentrum, host information meetings two times every term. The meetings are primarily intended for you as a newcomer with refugee background and have completed upper secondary and/or have started university studies.

You will receive information about access and participation in higher education in Sweden, including what opportunities there are for you to study at the University of Gothenburg.

If you are interested in pursuing university studies you are also offered further information and guidance in the form of coordinated follow-up individual or group sessions that can be booked at the end of the meeting.

The information at the meetings is interpreted.
