This is an individual project-based research course done in a company or at a university. The goal is to carry out a small language technology project within a larger framework. This involves formulating a research problem relevant to the company or the ongoing project in cooperation with the project owner; planning the work, carrying out the research tasks, making evaluations, writing a report and presenting the results verbally. 

Each student will have a project supervisor approving the proposed project topic from the student.

Requirements

Passing grade in each of the three following courses:   Introduction to programming, 7.5 credits Introduction to formal linguistics, 7.5 credits Natural Language Processing, 15 credits or achieved equivalent language technology skills and knowledge
