About

How do we look at cultural heritage in situations with conflicting interests? Questions concerning assessment of values and concepts like authenticity, continuity and change are increasingly important. In this course we focus on cultural heritages in the multicultural world and their impact on our own work in this field. We study topics related to inclusion and diversity in planning and conservation, adaptation to globalization and migration and problems related to threatened cultural heritage
