This course focuses on software development organizations and how information technologies affect them from a change management perspective.
Typically, information technologies are developed to support specific activities in an organization. Introduction of such technology often lead to change and factors as time, cost, knowledge, power structures and change strategies within software organizations greatly affect the success rate.

The course is accessible for students with at least/a minimum 90 credits of university studies
Selection
Selection is based upon the number of credits from previous university studies, maximum 225 credits.
For admission to the summer 2021 and onward the following selection applies: selection is based upon the number of credits from previous university studies, maximum 165 credits.
