Short description

Örnanäs is an old farmstead in northern Skåne that was established as a protected cultural environment in 2006. Restoration of buildings and landscapes has been going on for several decades, and in the research project Building as a source of historical knowledge, the research processes and bricolage of sources have been studied. The research has a particular focus on restoration and reconstruction as a method for actualising and testing the historical management of resources, house building, craftsmanship and traditional knowledge.
