Short description

The working method Neighbourhood-based collaboration team is a long-term crime prevention initiative aimed at young people in the Angered district of Gothenburg, which is based on close cooperation between school and social services, but also with police and leisure time youth workers. The evaluation aims to describe, understand and problematise the working model developed by the Collaboration Team from 2016 from an operational perspective and with a program theoretical approach. The ambition is to identify success factors in the working model, contribute to the methodological and theoretical development, to strengthen the continuous joint learning processes within the government cooperation in Angered and to constitute a knowledge contribution in relation to other crime-prevention methods in local communities of Angered character.
