New project examines the Swedish legislative process

The Swedish Research Council grants SEK 5.5 million for a project that studies how party strategy affects the preparatory stages of Swedish legislation, and in what way the organization of that process affects the content of the legislation, its quality and the support for the proposals that eventually become law.
