Friday, October 28, David Archard, Professor of Philosophy at Lancaster University, visits the research seminar in practical philosophy to present ongoing research on the future status of the family from a moral and political philosophical perspective.
Professor Archard is most known for his seminal research on the moral, legal and political status of children and adolescents, presented in books, such as Children: Rights and Childhood (Routledge 1993 & 2004), The Moral and Political Status of Children: New Essays (Oxford University Press 2002) och Children, Family, and the State (Ashgate 2003).
