A minute of silence for the victims of terrorism

In honour of the people who fell victims in the terrorist attacks in Paris, the European Union calls for a minute of silence today, Monday November 16 at noon. The University of Gothenburg participates in the manifestation and also remember those who died in Friday's terrorist attacks in Beirut and Baghdad.

– The world has lived through a horrific weekend. The attacks constitute another blow to the open society that we must constantly defend, says Pam Fredman, Vice-Chancellor at the University of Gothenburg.
