2020 has been an interesting and challenging year for employers and businesses, but what we have learnt is that no matter what the situation, the need for talent remains high. This has brought into focus yet again the role that the city and the region need to play.
To ensure our region stays on top of the game we will present and discuss global trends on attracting talent worldwide. We will address questions such as; what will be the winning concept of tomorrow and what role does the place/location have in talent attraction? How can employers find the right talent and present a unique offer? How can talents be inspired for their international journey?
