Marc Benninga is an authority in research on functional gastrointestinal disorders in children and adolescents with follow-up into adulthood. He has been a leading force in the work with the Rome Criterias for diagnosis of functional gastrointestinal disorders such as IBS, functional abdominal pain and functional constipation.
