Welcome to this webinar, hosted by WCMTM to explore one of the national services offered by NBIS/SciLifeLab, the Bioinformatics Peer review Support track (a.k.a. WABI). New projects are selected in an independent peer-review process three times per year. At this information meeting we will explain the format, scope, and selection process of this support, as well as covering other opportunities for bioinformatics support at SciLifeLab.

NBIS/SciLifeLab offer a senior bioinformatician to work on your project for up to 500 hours. This service provides competences in large-scale data analysis for genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, Cryo-EM and other technologies.

The support is fully subsidised and free of charge, but extensive hands-on involvement is required by the applying research groups.

This support has been enabled by funding from the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation, and is part of the SciLifeLab & Wallenberg National Program for Data-Driven Life Science.

Through this model, our support staff have so far contributed advanced data analysis in more than 200 published articles
