The chapters of particular significance for the seminar will be Chapter 2, "Nature in Fragments” from Fragments from the History of Loss by Green and Chapter 5, "Keeping Alienation at Bay: Abdulrazak Gurnah's Convivial Wit” from Convivial Worlds by Steiner, which focuses on the writing of the newly announced Nobel literature laureate for 2021.
