Bibliotekssmälta: Zines & Tomes
Take 10 Press (T10P) in collaboration with the Humanities Library and the Art Library presents Bibliotekssmälta: Zines & Tomes, an exhibition that bridges the gap between generations of artistic publications. The exhibition brings together zines from the T10P Library alongside selected works from the Humanities Library’s and Art Library’s collections.
The concept behind the exhibition is to create a dialogue between the two collections, showcasing publications from different eras, formats, and approaches. Curators will explore connections through themes, materials, and methods, highlighting both the shared and contrasting qualities that link these collections.
By creating a space where these works can engage with each other in unexpected and thought-provoking ways, Bibliotekssmälta: Zines & Tomes invites viewers to discover a range of artists' books and independent publications, emphasizing the collections' role in preserving both printed matter and ephemera.
