About Lili-Anné Aldman
My main research interest is how institutional changes affect social and economic life. Specifically as to if and how laws affected people, production, markets and other economic areas. I also study how people react to the proposed implemented regulation as well as flows of goods and credits.
My doctor oral dissertation is focused on how the institutional changes in Sweden during ca 1720-1730 affected the import of textiles to Stockholm. After the dissertation I have done the same for Gothenburg and also studied marketing and the credit market.
For now my research is focus on how regulation affected the consumer credit market as well as entrepreneurship in Swedish towns during early modern times.
