Knowing one's users is extremely important if one wants to create a positive user experience. During this seminar a method for identifying user needs will be presented, as well as results from the application of the method on several dozens of Swedish drivers.

Come and discuss the study and the results, as well as envision the next steps that doctoral student Dimitrios Gkouskos from the Division of Interaction Design, Department of Applied IT, should take to further advance his purpose of improving aspects of the design process for vehicle HMI designers.
