The Grants Committee of the Philosophical Faculties

The Grants Committee of the Philosophical Faculties was set up in 1983. The task of the committee is to decide on allocation of a number of scholarships and grants directed at students, lecturers etc. working in "the Philosophical Faculty". The board meets on two occasions per year, an autumn and a spring meeting.

(The Philosophical Faculties = departments which prior to 01-07-1977 were part of one of the then Philosophical Faculty, i.e. humanities, social sciences or mathematics-sciences faculties at University of Gothenburg.)
